A shortcode is a 5 or 6 digit number used to send and receive SMS and MMS messages. Shortcodes are approved and monitored by cellular providers in an attempt to prevent phone spam. See shortcode for more information.
What is a keyword?
Keywords are used to allow people to opt-in to receive the messages that you send or allow consumers to take an action. See examples of keywords below:

How much does it cost?
